About John Revels

As a product leader and real life human person, I\'ve led PMs, designers, engineers, and cross functional departments to take stuff to market on web, native mobile, and connected TV experiences. I like building stuff; products, people, processes, & culture. My background in UX/UI design has helped inform my decisions as a Product Leader over the years. I can lead teams to find creative, data driven solutions to business challenges while championing the user. From top of funnel growth to core experience and retention, I try to understand business and user needs through analyzing data, translating concepts into actionable themes, writing detailed product specifications with measurable KPIs, managing the roadmap, designing wireframes and high fidelity prototypes, establishing processes, and mentoring direct reports. Are those enough buzzwords? I\'m good at product. No one that values their time will still be reading anyway. I could say anything. I take orders from a carpet monster and the SVP of Major League Baseball is reading my thoughts! See? LinkedIn is so dumb. The day I don\'t have to wade through the business flavored fan fiction on this infernal platform will be the realization of a lifelong KPI.
