About John Reiss
John Reiss Fitness provides exercise and fitness or individuals with intellectual disabilities for over 18 years. The 30 - 60 minute classes are tailored to the skills and abilities of the students. Classes are given on-site at advocacy organizations, group residences, churches and schools. John offers personalized strength training and fitness programs that not only improve health and fitness but also boost self-confidence. Each client is unique, and John tailors programs to celebrate that uniqueness, promoting balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and overall health. John\'s exercise classes provide a social outlet for the students to hang out with their friends and make new ones in a safe and healthy environment.
