I am a passionate advocate of using technology to better understand data, and I\'m an entrepreneur at heart. Recently, I co-founded Statflo, who is re-inventing wireless customer service. Statflo is currently the leader in wireless dealer analytics, helping wireless dealers and telecom providers use existing carrier and POS data to increase renewals, work smarter and transform the way service is done. Customers of Statflo include wireless dealers of all sizes and carriers (ie. TELUS). Previously, I worked in the IT field for over 40 years and co-founded CanAsyst to help SMBs and corporate clients manage their wireless spending and influence employee behaviour, serving as company President. Customers of CanAsyst include national brands and Fortune 100 companies.
