As one of the early members of Citi’s FinTech group I helped establish and drive the processes and practices that made the organization successful in fostering a startup spirit and rate of delivery within an otherwise traditional corporation. The teams I led delivered many critical features for the Citi Mobile applications on iOS and Android, including the microservices and databases that support them. For each of the projects I managed full-stack (web, mobile, and service) Agile scrum teams, including product definition, design, implementation, delivery and production support.
