Summary of Achievements •Directed engineering and planning of General Motors new Electric motor facility White Marsh, Maryland. •Achieved “Greening” of Baltimore Operations including implementation of 1.2 MW solar systems, solar EV charging stations, wildlife habitat certification, and industrial recycling. •Decommissioned Fredericksburg Components Facility and redeployed production and powerhouse equipment to other GM facilities. •Managed two GM facilities with an annual operating budget of 2.0M Lead facilities engineer for 1.5 million sq-ft GM assembly complex on a 900 acre Greenfield site in San Luis Potosi, Mexico •Implemented new GM commissioning process for welding process cooling and HVAC systems •Raised existing roof of an operating Aluminum foundry 12ft to accommodate new process equipment installation. •Completed OSHAA 30hr training and current on all 14 MUST safety modules, completed GM Fall Harzard training. •Successfully installed joint less fiber reinforced concrete slab •Developed MathCad based LFRD column design program for multiple story steel framed buildings •Registered Professional Engineer, State of Michigan •Michigan Society of Professional Engineers, Student of the Year Specialties: Facilities construction, engineering, manufacturing process integration, commissioning and start up, construction safety and structural engineering
