EnviroGold is a clean-technology company focused on commercializing its IP portfolio consisting of 22 patents and process designs. The “Clean Leach Process Technology\" efficiently recovers critical, precious, and base metals that have been historically stranded in sulphidic mine waste/ores. The process also destroys a substantial portion of the sulphides which reduces the acid mine drainage (AMD) potential and generates improved environmental outcomes. This technology represents an industry step-change improvement in sulphide ore processing efficiency and environmental stewardship. The “Clean Leach Process Technology\" demonstrated strong results on a Pilot Scale with strong metal recovery rates and a significant level of sulphide destruction. The team is currently working through the Hellyer Project Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) and process optimization phase, which will be followed by final engineering (DFS) and final investment decision (FID). EnviroGold currently has 2 commercial projects in development and is working with 6 Major Mining Companies on numerous projects testing the application of our “Clean Leach Process Technology” and “Iron Beneficiation Technology” (places iron in solution and chemically converts it into a more saleable form of iron product) on a broad range of sulphides ores/tailings/residues including polymetallics (VMS), nickel, iron, jarosite, pentlandite, goethite, rare earth minerals, etc. These important collaborations are driving an accelerated pace of development/commercialization of these EnviroGold\'s technologies. Envirogold\'s Clean-Tech IP Portfolio also includes patents for Electrochemical Oxidation, removal and destruction of contaminants including cyanide, arsenic, mercury & selenium, and removal of Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (“PFAS”), from mining & industrial effluents.

   Working with a world-class Technical Team, we are advancing a portfolio of 22 clean technology patents and designs through development and into commercialization. The initial focus has been on commercializing its “Clean Leach Processing\" Technology that represents a step-change in processing efficiency and economics for recovering valuable metals from sulphide ores/tailings. The “Clean Leach Processing\" Technology has advanced through a successful Pilot Program stage on the Hellyer Project (polymetallic/VMS tailings), and is currently working through the Pre-Feasibility phase. EnviroGold is also actively testing additional applications of this technology with Major and Mid-Major Mining Company Partners on other types of sulphide ores/tailings, specifically with nickel, iron, jarosite, goethite, rare earth minerals, etc. The \"Clean Leach Processing\" Technology also improves environmental outcomes by significantly reducing Acid and Metalliferous Drainage (AMD) in the post-process tailings, helping reduce closure costs and environmental liabilities. Metals are produced with up to 90% lower emissions than traditional mining operations which comes with significantly lower CO2 emissions. Our technology integrates seamlessly into development stage mines (integrated into flow sheets), existing mines (tack on circuit to existing plants), as well as historic tailings. The unique process enables our partners to generate more metal for less capital expense, in faster development times, and with improved environmental outcomes.
