ABOUT JOHN PUTS

As a partner at Evolution, facilitator, public speaker and founder coach, I\'m on mission to create more human-centered and purpose driven leaders, teams and workplaces. For the last 7 years I\'ve been offering transformative and holistic leadership, team and culture development at some of the most iconic and forward thinking organizations in the world such as Google, L\'Oréal, Vinted, PwC, GetYourGuide and at a multitude of VC-backed high growth startups.Previously I founded a successful education business in the Netherlands, reaching over customers. My previous experience in product and leadership positions at companies like Google, EY, GetYourGuide and Ahold provide the backdrop for a deep understanding of today’s leaders and organizations and the challenges they face.I hold certifications in the Search Inside Yourself Program (developed at Google) and Make Time. I\'m also a Certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West, as well as a Certified Enneagram Practitioner with Integrative9.My work is influenced by a variety of interests and study like Integral Theory, positive psychology, shadow work,(Wim Hof and holotropic) breath-work, non-duality and other contemplative traditions. I\'m Amsterdam born and Berlin based and live together with my wife, son and cat. When I\'m not working, you\'ll find me engaged in improv theater, sports (climbing, football, tennis), gastronomy, playing handpan and board games.
