I am a Senior Partner in the Houston Office of Baker Botts, LLP. I have a nationwide practice representing taxpayers in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, including federal gift, estate and income tax litigation and controversy work. I have served as lead counsel for taxpayers in numerous cases in the United States Tax Court, the Court of Federal Claims, United States District Courts and United States Courts of Appeals. I also represent taxpayers in numerous other federal tax audits and administrative appeals.
