Select logarithmic models with variables such as competitor internet traffic and conversion rates, market growth trends, the economic outlook for sustainable goods, and unexploited market share to generate a 12-month demand forecast for 3PL, copacker, and investors. Utilized forecast data to negotiate a 50% decrease in pick and pack fees, 15% above cost co-packing arrangement, and to secure in seed funding.
