My professional experience has involved working with hundreds of facilities around the United States and internationally within healthcare process improvement, software implementation, and analytics. My work with data and software began with collecting, processing, and interpreting seismic data and evolved into extensive training in healthcare process improvement, healthcare risk management, data governance, and leveraging software tools (Epic, Meditech, Midas, RGP-Pavisse, Excel, SQL, Visio). Major focus has been on helping to facilitate process change within acute care organizations to improve the quality of their services including project managing activities moving from paper to electronic processes.Specialties: Process change facilitation, interpreting clinical speak to technical speak, project management, training, healthcare analytics, and managing conflict.
