The scope of my responsibilities has included: diverse global scientific and engineering team leadership; R&D; capture lead; business development; business strategy; program management; capital projects; testing facility operations and management; intellectual property and patent filings; executive briefings and reports; industry papers and presentations; Government/national security products and solutions; hardware field testing; and technical analysis and reporting. I also have 13 granted and pending patents covering a broad range of applications including fiber optic sensing, fluid dynamics, autonomous vessel replenishment, transducer design, and rock formation evaluation.Recruiting and mentoring top-class talent to further cultivate their creativity, expertise, and skills is a passion and informs my own spirit of innovation and leadership.
