The Guild is focused on enabling software engineers to showcase & improve their skills, network with like-minded highly skilled engineers, and earn through fractional & full time opportunities with our customers & partners. Customers and Partners can access software engineering talent in the Guild in a variety of ways: 1. Pay for working code and not for time spent coding (Start for as little as a and pay-as-you-go like any other cloud service, Receive deployable code in 48-72 hours) 2. Code Reviews - Have an Expert or Guru level developer review your code. Identify ways to optimize for performance, security, maintainability, etc. Engage developers part time or full time. Optimize your talent onboarding using paid auditions to identify how a potential team member works independently and within your existing team. Archimydes is being built by Accenture and ThoughtWorks alumni with a laser focus on code quality, velocity, and security.
