John serves as the Recruitment Program Lead for Asia-Pacific, bringing over a decade of end-to-end talent acquisition expertise to the region. With a career defined by regional leadership andoperational scale, he currently spearheads the launch of a high-impact APAC project within the LifeSciences sector. Between 2021and 2023, he oversaw the successful placement of over 600 hires across three regional markets,including the critical scaling of two production sites in Singapore and two Global Business Services(GBS) sites in Malaysia.
