In 2008, I was recuperating from a health problem and pursued a commercial contractor\'s license as part of my recovery. It has been an enjoyable job that’s fulfilled a pursuit of mine since my college years. My wife Joanne and I have worked on residential and commercial rehabs and builds for more than 30 years. We are now fully licensed and bonded. One of our latest projects is a rehab in Manitou Springs, 2grandave.com.
