Re-designed the budget process to achieve general fund budget reductions of $50 million over four years, while growing county reserves. Managed jail master planning through two attempts at corrections reform (including recruitment and on-boarding of re-entry director), developed sustainable funding model for the Board of Elections, advanced the abolishment of registered land, and led the Ohio urban counties budget working group.
