ABOUT JOHN-PAUL POLLARD

I am a global operations and transformation leader with more than two decades’ experience driving business growth and productivity for one of the world’s largest mass media and technology firms, and building from zero in a start-up environment.The majority of my experience has been spent with Refinitiv (previously Thomson Reuters), spanning early procurement and vendor management positions and culminating in global operations roles, including Global Head of Customer Operations Transformation, where I led high-profile and large-scale change initiatives that fundamentally increased company valuation, and Global Head of Professional Services & Implementation, where I drove operational and service excellence into the global organisation, which accounted for 80% of revenue.
