   Liaise with directors to compile paperwork for music videos and ensure each video meets DSP requirements- Assist with scheduling albums, singles, and pre-orders with US, UK, and Global Release Ops teams- Set up vendors and process invoices to settle costs: artist advances and fees for producers, engineers, and all other expenses related to delivering the master recording; designers, writers, photographers and all other expenses related to completing the digital and physical packaging of the recording- Assist with annual submission of entries to the Grammy Awards- Proofread metadata and label copies- Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are in stock, requesting Vinyl & CD reorders when necessary- Pull project costs and submit accounting adjustments to Finance department as needed- Receive all pre-release component and finished goods samples and track stock deliveries to warehouse- Use online tools such as MRC MusicConnect and internal applications (Opus, Atlas) to research and analyze sales data- Distribute audio assets to internal and external parties before and after release- Provide administrative support: liaise with office facilities, IT, and other support teams to resolve departmental needs sorting and sending mail and packages; ordering promotional product, maintaining stock at office; reserving rooms for conference calls and meetings; welcoming visitors to the office; answering phones; assisting with travel arrangements for executives and artists, etc.
