Senior Engineering Recruiter * Managing full-cycle recruitment in the areas of Battery Engineering, Sensor Engineering and Materials Engineering * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and actively translate that into a recruiting plan * Establish recruitment strategies and procedures to target top talent through various sourcing channels, market intelligence and candidate intelligence * Responsible for providing an excellent candidate experience throughout process * Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with hiring managers and internal & external business partners * Partners with HR to conduct supervisor training on recruitment process and interviewing practices. Coaches supervisors on hiring procedures throughout the process.* Brand ambassador as well developing and utilizing DEI strategies to attract diverse candidate pool
