I\'ve worked for over twenty years delivering HR and Finance solutions to customers in Australia, Europe and North America, with a few years amidst that working as a Product Manager with a Recruiting SaaS vendor. I lead a fantastic team of consultants and together we focus on managing the Transformation journey for our clients, starting with building business cases, through planning and delivering Cloud implementations that result in sustainable HR and Finance solutions that drive business outcomes and value. I spend a lot of time working with asset-driven mid-market deployments and delivering large-scale programs for the biggest clients in Canada.I\'m also a firm believer in creating supportive and fun working environments so we can enjoy both what we do at work and how we do it.
