About John Oliver

I have always thought outside the box. I remember being in the 2nd grade, and our teacher gave us a project,\"Invent something that hasn\'t been invented.\" Maybe that triggered my creativity and ability to work smarter not harder. From the time I was small my dad always instilled hard work, timeliness, and a strong work ethic in me. I had to assist him in our family garden at an early age and as I grew older, I would go to work and assist him in his construction job. I may not have actually invented a \"Rock Picking Machine,\" but that was the invention I imagined in 2nd grade because I always believe in working smarter, not harder. The combination of learning hard work from my father and possibly that assignment has molded me into the professional that I am today. I still think outside the box and don\'t mind working hard, but I\'m always looking to improve on a process.
