   RR Donnelley is a multinational printing / electronic communication company with 40K employees. In an average year we acquire 6 companies that require integration of their systems.To the cloud! In 2010 we started our migration to Google Apps for Business. This migration moved 38K users from Legacy Notes and Outlook into Google Apps for Business for email, calendar, contacts, groups, and sites. This project involved SSO technology, AD integration with Google Directory (GADS) and Google Apps Migration for Lotus Notes (GAMLN). We also leverage Postini for anti-spam technology. We are transitioning to Google Apps Vault while running in parallel with Postini Message Discovery to fulfill our message retention requirements.Project managed a cross functional initiative to reinvent our commercial SMTP infrastructure to improve reliability and deliverability of our customers emails. Gathered business requirements, evaluated, selected, and installed a commercial SMTP mailing package, Momentum from Message Systems. Improved deliverability by 15%, via the implementation of DKIM and SPF records in DNS. I’ve been fortunate to assist our business units with RFPs to use this new technology and drive new features as requested by our customers.On-going worldwide support of legacy applications including but not limited to- Lotus Notes Applications, Servers and internal mail routing infrastructure and Lotus Notes Sametime. We did retire all of our Blackberry / Domino BESes- Shared Folders on MS Exchange and mail routing infrastructure for legacy application and some new acquisitions- Implemented 15 new BES Exchange servers with gmail plugin.
