Over my career, I have been involved with 21 products that have been commercialized in healthcare.I have extensive experience in healthcare technology/services including software product innovation and the associated decision making and implementation processes. Additionally, I have implemented/managed multiple global CRO models, including fully outsourced and functional service provision (FSP). I was most recently Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Healthcare R&D and SVP, Strategic Business and Development Operations at EMD Serono/Merck KGaA. Previously, I held numerous global leadership positions in clinical operations and regulatory affairs at Pfizer, Inc and Rhône-Poulenc Rorer (now Sanofi). I also served as a board member of TransCelerate Biopharma, Inc. aiding executive leadership with company strategy and oversight.
