About John Odermann

John Odermann is Director of Mission at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson and Williston.Odermann is native of southwestern ND, having graduated from Trinity High School in 2002. A 2006 graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN where he double majored in Economics and Political Science, Odermann earned a Masters in Business Administration at University of Mary in the spring of 2020. During his career he has worn a number of hats in several different sectors of the economy, including technology, journalism, marketing, energy, fundraising, education, and most recently healthcare. Odermann currently serves as the head football coach for the Trinity Titans. Odermann strongly believes in being involved in the community and has contributed by serving in different capacities number with Stark Development Corporation, Northland Healthcare Alliance board member, Dickinson Area Chamber of Commerce, the Dickinson Library Board, the Dickinson Convention and Visitor\'s Board, the District 37 Republicans, the NDGOP State Committee, the NDGOP Executive Committee, and the Trinity Athletic and Fine Arts Booster boards. Odermann resides in Dickinson with his wife, Jessica, who is the Regional Director of Badlands Human Services, and their three children, Maggie (7) and Finn (5), Summer (2), with a fourth on the way!

   Responsible for the development of individual athlete\'s skills and abilities, which included everyday drills and technique work, while helping them understand how those abilities would translate to success on the field and in life.• Helped develop game plans and strategies for each week\'s game, including, but not limited to, the defensive game plan, blocking assignments and technique.• Provided a valuable role model for athletes in their formative years that they could look at as a model for a moral, Catholic life.• Set out each year to ensure that our student athletes at Trinity High School are aware of what they do off the field, court, or track, is more important, through the development of the Titan Challenge, which encourages players to be well-rounded, Christian young men.
