The opportunity to do good things for other people.(I mean, they want a whole host of other things too, and they don\'t ALL want the SAME things, but if we had to find things that EVERYONE wanted, I think we could start with these.)I\'ve seen the impact of these desires on display on every step of my professional journey. I saw them in the 9th grade algebra classroom from students who couldn\'t yet speak english, but who were determined to learn math. I saw them in a Student Leadership class when one of my students determinedly told me that \"Mr. O, we HAVE to help the freshman, or we\'ll lose them\"I saw them in 4 term school-board members still attending Saturday trainings to learn how to better serve students. I saw them in a community of artists, athletes, and activators who created safe space for genuine connection across lines of great difference and during times of both great joy and great painAnd now, I see them in the front desk staff of a dental practice—navigating patient concerns, managing complex schedules, and ensuring that each person on the other end of the line feels heard, valued, and cared for.Technology, when used well, doesn’t replace human connection—it enhances it. That’s why I’m building AI-powered training systems that don’t just improve performance but help people show up as their best selves in the moments that matter most.Whether we are seeking increased engagement, profit, connection, community, or any number of other worthy pursuits, the path likely starts with these core desires. So, no matter what position I find myself in, I help others to define their \'good\', remind them that they\'ve always had it, and support them as they seek to share it with others.
