As the Administrative Fellow at St. Elizabeth Physicians, I support enterprise-level initiatives that enhance care delivery, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen community health across our medical group.I bring a strong foundation in healthcare leadership, holding a Master of Health Administration from the University of Kentucky, along with a Bachelor of Public Health, a minor in communications, and a certificate in health communication. My academic background is matched by hands-on experience in pediatric care operations, enterprise strategy, and student development.During my administrative practicum with the Joint Pediatric Heart Program at Kentucky Children’s Hospital, I contributed to strategic planning and system-level collaboration. I also served as Assistant Resident Director at Wildcat Coal Lodge, where I supported student-athlete success and managed daily operations for the University of Kentucky men’s basketball team.My passion lies in making healthcare more accessible, equitable, and community-centered. Inspired by my involvement with DanceBlue and its mission in pediatric oncology, I’m committed to building partnerships that bridge the gap between health and healthcare.I’m always open to connecting with others who are working to improve patient experiences, advance health equity, and drive meaningful change in healthcare!
