Throughout my career, I\'ve lived in the world of customer acquisition & engagement - from optimising credit card onboarding journeys, managing feature teams, development budgets and delivering year on year customer growth. Becoming passionate about conversion funnels, NPS improvements, fixing pain points for customers and colleagues.But something shifted when I saw how AI could fundamentally change not only what we build for customers, but how we build it.That\'s why in 2025, I made the move from open market customer facing product management to enterprise technology - specifically, leading AI adoption with Microsoft Copilot across Barclays Group.
