The Immersive Business project is a new and unique immersive technology facility,designed to enable SMEs in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to access and benefit from VirtualReality (VR), Augmented Reality (VR) and Mixed Reality (MR) technologies. Led by FalmouthUniversity in collaboration with the University of Exeter, Immersive Business will ensure that SMEscan compete nationally and globally through the development and application of the nextcompetitive edge: immersive technologies.My role includes- The creation of digital content to enable immersive technology uptake to local SMEstakeholders- Working alongside the other technical specialist to develop immersive content, usingengines such as Unity & Unreal- Assessing in the demonstrating and commissioning of the generated immersive content tothe SME stakeholders- Engage with the project team assisting in the generation of project reports and operationaldocumentation- To identify technical skills gaps amongst the participating SMEs and to identify and/ ordeliver training, as appropriate- Conducting individual or collaborative research projects- Making presentations at conferences or exhibiting work in other appropriate events;
