Bilingual (French/English) engineer with a Master’s degree in Organization & Production Management and a career spanning operations, project leadership, and commercial delivery across international markets.I began my career in the heavy equipment industry, spending 8 years in manufacturing and supply chain environments. During that time, I held both operational and divisional roles, including 5 years leading multiple cross‑functional projects and project teams focused on operational efficiency, process improvement, and execution at scale.In 2009, I relocated from France to the United States with my family to pursue new professional opportunities. Since then, I have successfully transitioned into Commercial Design & Manufacturing Services for the Restaurant and Hospitality industries.Over the past years, I have contributed to the delivery of hundreds of commercial interior projects across the U.S. and Canada, supporting more than 20 quick‑service and fast‑casual brands. I also work closely with some of the largest foodservice equipment distributors in North America, serving as a trusted partner from concept through execution.I thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration, accountability, and results matter. Whether it’s managing complex accounts, navigating stakeholder relationships, or identifying new opportunities, my focus is always on creating value for both the client and the business.In June 2022, I became a proud U.S. citizen.I welcome conversations related to commercial design, manufacturing services, program rollout, and strategic partnerships within the restaurant and hospitality space.
