1. Senior Building Performance Analyst

   Aug 2021 — Present

   Leads the firm\'s net-zero energy and net-zero carbon initiatives- Oversees building energy and embodied carbon simulations carried out by junior staff- Provides building performance and sustainability support for projects across the firm, including life-cycle cost analysis (LCCA), from multifamily buildings to commercial projects- Created new tools and processes to evaluate and gather building performance data for projects across the firm in different markets- Created an online building performance resources hub to include tools, manuals, and case studies to help design teams achieve the AIA 2030 Commitment goals- Spearheaded the development of MG2’s sustainability program and launched a pilot projects program conceived to educate design teams on performance topics such as energy efficiency, embodied carbon, material sourcing, and water conservation.
