1. Senior Compliance Manager - Testing, Monitoring & Audit

   In this role, I was tasked to build a Risk-Based Compliance Testing Program across the Enterprise. This included 30+ FinTech Partners and various Lines of Business. In order to effectively tailor each testing plan, I led 8-10 person teams in the development of Risk Assessments, Regulatory Mapping activities, and Regulatory Research. There were 20+ engagements that I led quarter over quarter. The Compliance Testing Program developed was comprised of formal test scripts, statistical sampling methodologies, and reports that captured the scope and the results of the reviews. In addition, I served as a project manager overseeing the Third-Party Audit workstream. As part of this role, I ensured that each of our 30+ FinTech Partners had an annual external review of their CMS/Lending & BSA/AML program. Key stakeholders included the Chief Internal Auditor and the Chief Compliance Officer.
