As the overall network responsible professional, I oversee various aspects of network management, including security, Cisco IP telephony system (Call Manager, IPCC, UCCX, UCCE, and Unity VM), Cisco switching and routing (CCNA), VMWare, Linux administration (Linux+), backup systems, firewalls (Sonicwall and ASA), Telecommunications, and WAN connections, Servers, Exchange Messaging, for over 150 endpoints. My telephony experience includes UCCX scripting certification with Cisco Unified Contact Center, and I have worked on various call center solutions like call queues, call back, account customer lookup, etc.
