With over 25 years of experience in learning innovation, I develop strategic solutions and partnerships to design and develop innovative learning solutions that build organizations\' workforce capabilities. To drive learning innovation using AR, VR, AI and more, I leverage several award-winning frameworks I\'ve co-developed including 1) Learn/Practice/Apply, 2) Change the Frame, and 3) Here/Near/Far.As a thought leader in strategic innovation, design, and workplace learning, I have led projects that have earned over a dozen learning industry awards, saved millions of dollars in learning implementation costs, and dramatically increased learner and stakeholder engagement. As an alumnus of the altMBA, I believe in solving problems creatively and generously.
