Responsible for development and implementation of World Class Manufacturing and Stellantis Production Way training programs for both hourly and salaried workforce to help Windsor Assembly reach manufacturing and cost KPIs. Assisted other FCA and Stellantis facilities in Leadership and Behavioural program development and facilitation. Involved in on-boarding of new hourly and salaried employees as well as part of the Joint Team Leader section committee. Worked closely with senior Union and Plant leadership to communicate effectiveness and efficiency of training programs to hourly and management employees. Responsible for Trainer Certification of designated instructors in Quality, Safety, Continuous Improvement and Workplace Organization methodologies and applications. Founder of partnership with University of Windsor Applied Leadership Program at the Continuing Education campus.

Strong advocate of active transportation and have presented to municipal governments on the value of investing in cycling infrastructure. I was the former Chair of the largest cycling advocacy group in Ontario, who work with stakeholders to promote safer and healthier communities.
