Johnny is a PwC trained, ICAEW Fellow Chartered Accountant and Managing Director of J9 Advisory.He has over 24 years of experience specialising in Business Recovery Services and Asset Based Lending within some of the UKs most respected organisations including PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Barclays Commercial Bank, Santander Bank and Begbies Traynor Group.During this time, Johnny has built a wealth of experience working with businesses of various sizes, and developed business relationships which focus on delivering Business Finance, Recovery and Restructuring advisory services to SME businesses, Banks and independent Funders which led to him founding J9 Advisory in 2014.Services include assisting businesses with:– Business Options Review– Cashflow Management and Improvement– Cost Saving Projects– Debt Advisory– Debt Recovery– Distressed Refinancing- Evaluator Services for Qualifying Reports– Finance Raising and Alternative Funding– Non-Performing Business and Asset Disposal– Property Finance– Stakeholder Management/MediationJohnny is a Board Director and the 2026/2027 President of the Turnaround Management Association UK (TMA), a Fellow Member of R3, the Association for Business Recovery Professionals, and an Accredited Member of the Institute For Turnaround (IFT).He is also listed in the Credit Strategy Magazine TRI300 which recognises those responsible for the progression of industry standards, and inspiring excellence across the UK Turnaround, Rescue and Insolvency industry in the UK.
