Grew up in the coatings industry and worked my way up; started in the Field as a Wall Covering and Painter helper in the Mid 80s, fast learner, very productive with a great drive; Late 90s opened my own Paint Service Company, Mid selected to join Minority Contractors Business Development Program for two years with JE Dunn Construction. Possess cross-functional skills from takeoff to bid to sales and producing the project, trade shows, networking, community service projects & youth events. Have been a bilingual speaker for large 400+ plus audiences such as Chamber events & worksite Safety Stand downs, as well as smaller groups of team members & General Contractor meetings.Today, I am blessed to say I am living my BEST LIFE & PROUD to work for CHERRY COATINGS leading crew sizes of 40-60 and cover multiple projects $4-$7M range in new construction (Data Centers, Commercial, Education, Health Care, Hospitality, Multifamily).
