I have been successful in my professional career because I understand that people want two things out of their jobs: they want to feel respected and they want to feel appreciated. I have worked with teams that have overcome odds and barriers to produce results higher than ever expected. By truly caring about those that I work with, I have been able to drive unexpected results. I also believe that work has to be fun. Happy people are safe people and happy people are productive people. From a performance standpoint, I operate on a 3-priority approach. Safety is paramount in all that we do. If everyone cannot return to their loved ones in the same condition as they came to me in, then I have failed. Quality is the second priority. Our customers do not care if we make money as much as they care about the quality of the product we are providing them. Finally, productivity is the third priority. If you are safe and quality driven, you will be productive. When you are productive, you open the door for innovation and continuous improvement
