I am delighted to take on the role of Account Director at Nero, a design, interiors, exhibition and experiences agency in Marlow. After 8 years in the private and business aviation sector I am excited about returning to the creative industries and helping to shape Nero going forward.My role will be leading the Account Development side of the company and help to manage the wide variety of clients we serve. Nero: Account Director, Oct 2022 - Ongoing Bespoke creative, events, experience, install and interiors agency, great people and great teams. Gama Aviation Plc : Business Aviation Marketing Head : Nov 2020 - Oct 2022 Marketing Head of the Business Aviation SBU for Gama Aviation. This division of the global business aviation unit has a turnover of £125m. I am in control of designing and delivering the full marketing function of the business unit. Key performance deliverables are to create the marketing budget and deliver that through the agreed marketing channels to the marketplace. We deliver through social media channels, via video creation and livestreams. We will attend both trade and industry specific events (where possible currently). I have specific, dedicated, agency support to create a full content strategy, content diary and content publication schedule. A dedicated website agency is employed to aid both the content strategy creation via the ‘Skyscraper principal’ and to deliver technically on the web site content delivery. I ensure the brand identity is understood and adopted both internally and externally. I am the design lead and production manager of the Annual Report for the PLC to the City. I deliver and maintain the vision, mission and values of the organisation and ensure our global ambassadors enforce the brand guidelines. Gama Aviation Plc : Marketing Design Manager : June 2014-June 2015 Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer with the global events and exhibitions program and online marketing initiatives and performance. I completed a rework of Gama Aviation PLC web site, and creation of sub brand web site for Airops Software. Enigma : Marlow : July2013 : June2014 Employed by Enigma as Studio Manager to work on projects within the company, worked on Aston Martin, Aston Martin North America, Ferrari, Mini, BMW, Manchester United, ATP Emirates, Virgin Media, Goodwood FOS, London Fashion Week and more. Worked on Enigma/Interluxe/Aston Martin project for Goodwood Festival of Speed, now working for Enigma/Interluxe/Aston Martin North America on Monterey Exhibition Stand.
