Provide analysis and assessment of: Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) documents; Operational Need Statements (ONS); and Capability Based Assessments. Lead projects and studies that support the Capability Development and Acquisition Processes. Plan, program, and budget for the program production, including recommendations for funding of approved requirements, monitoring contracts and programs during execution years, coordinating fielding and new equipment training with appropriate organizational integrators to ensure force structure and hardware fielding is compatible, Managed a Program budget of over 900 million, ensure specific requirement and acquisition planning guidance was identified and considered during the program and budget development process. Develop program and system briefings for presentation to OSD, Joint, Army, and Congress. Brief General Officer/Senior Executive Service on assigned Taskers. Develop a comprehensive annual funding strategy that involves setting future funding based on program requirements synchronized with the G-8 and the DASC. Support the Strategic Infrastructure Master Plan (SIMP), Common Operating Environment (COE) implementation, Join Command and Control (C2) Global Common Operational Picture Capability, Common Tactical Picture (CTP) Capability and COMSEC ISSP.
