Orthopedic and Trauma SurgeonI am a dedicated orthopedic and trauma surgeon with a strong focus on major trauma. After earning my medical degree from the University of Catania in 2019, I completed my specialization in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University of Ferrara in 2024 with top honors. My thesis, developed under the guidance of Dr. Mauro Monesi and Dr. Vito Prezioso, explored the use of the anterior internal fixator for pelvic fractures, a technique pioneered in Italy by my mentors.During my specialization, I gained hands-on experience in several renowned orthopedic centers:Faenza (2021) – Focus on elbow surgery under Dr. Colozza.Cotignola (2022) – Training in hip arthroscopy with Prof. Zini.Hesperia Hospital, Modena (2023) – Specialization in shoulder surgery with Prof. Leonardo Osti.Since 2023, I have been working at Bufalini Hospital in Cesena, actively involved in trauma surgery with a particular interest in managing severe musculoskeletal injuries. Passionate about continuous learning and surgical innovation, I strive to provide the best care for my patients while advancing in the field of orthopedic trauma.
