Responsible for the Below Wing Operations at the Atlanta station responsible for strategic and tactical execution of ramp operations within my area of responsibility. Based on organizational structure, these may include personnel and activities associated with gate ramp crews, baggage systems/transfer drivers, Cargo, Mail, the Airport Coordination Center, and De-icing operations. Responsible for the leadership and implementation of safety initiatives, on-time operational performance, baggage initiatives, IROP management and recovery plans along with other strategic initiatives set by the entire leadership team.May also be responsible for the station de-icing plan and overseeing all events requiring execution of that plan, the gating of the Atlanta schedule. Responsible for development and execution of both the operating and capital plans for the given area of responsibility and further responsible for achieving those financial objectives. Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being of all customers. Developing business leaders to establish a solid organization that is disciplined and process driven.
