My collaborative leadership style has enabled me to successfully lead teams in the food manufacturing industry for over 40 years. Working for Nestle and Unilever, both on a national and international scale, I’ve led expansion and consolidation projects that have forced me to use my analytical nature to problem-solve while still putting people first. Throughout these projects— the Tea Bag consolidation project in Europe, a Nestle ice cream plant consolidation, and a 150M dollar expansion project with Unilever— ensuring employee stability, growth, and success was always my highest priority. Now, as President of Pritchard Consulting, I use my background as a vehicle to facilitate leadership excellence and deliver success stories moving forward. Starting Pritchard Consulting, I leverage my extensive experience in manufacturing to partner with food manufacturing companies, delivering improved results within the factory or systems. By identifying key issues upfront, I create a plan that efficiently and effectively improves how each organization operates, bringing focus, higher productivity, and outstanding customer service. In my career, I’ve been fortunate to have great mentors and teammates by my side to propel me to the next level. Additionally, I am an Executive Talent Partner with Korn Ferry/Patina.
