Pre-merger planning for a large Aerospace and Defense client looking to merge the new business units into their existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Procurement / Inventory Management and Nuclear lead for a US Utility moving from a legacy supply chain system to Maximo with integration to their Nuclear Work Management and Safety (Sphera) applications. Lead the Nuclear Team in preparing the client to move from an out of date version of Asset Suite and Airsweb (EHS) to Maximo 7.6 with the Nuclear Industry Solution and the HSE and Calibration add ins. Nuclear Maximo Lead: Built configured a Maximo 7.6 instances then lead the team that delivered workshops that covered core nuclear areas including: Condition Reporting, Asset Management (Assets, Items Locations), Engineering Change, Nuclear Operations (Clearances, Duty Stations, Rounds, Surveillance, Tech Specs.), Work Management (corrective and preventive). as well as: HSE functionality to support OSHA reporting by tailoring the Incidents (HSE) application and Maximo Calibration to support calibration of M & TE and I&C instruments.
