Performed a hybrid role in partnership with Relationship Managers to complete requisite portfolio management and cross-sell responsibilities on an internal book of 18 clients while also prospecting outside firms utilizing Salesforce and RelPro for reach. • Underwrite new loan requests, short-term extensions, renewals, annual reviews, and modifications. • Coordinate all activities required to complete credit analysis while interacting with borrowers and CPAs to obtain necessary financial information to finalize credit packages and submit for approval. • Conduct pre-client cross sell huddles with members of Treasury/Retail/Upper Management, coordinate annual site visits, and attend loan closings of all clients represented in portfolio. • Prepare and analyze all legal docs related to new and existing business including term sheets, commitment letters, modification documents, renewal letters, and collateralization/UCC filings • Manage and track covenant compliance sheets, borrowing bases, A/R Agings, and WIP reports for all related accounts.
