I have over 20 years of experience providing assurance services, financial reporting and other consulting services to both public and privately held companies across a wide range of industries in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting standards for companies that range from pre-IPO start-ups through multi-national organizations.I have extensive experience with registration statements, private placement debt offerings, accounting technical research, mergers & acquisitions, impairment analyses, income tax reporting, and internal control over financial reporting assessments.During my tenure with PwC, I have completed a three-year tour as a Director in PwC’s National Quality Organization’s SEC Services group. During my time within the SEC Services group, I regularly presented at client and industry events on topics related to accounting and regulatory developments. I have also authored or co-authored thought leadership publications focused on regulatory and accounting matters.I am a Certified Public Accountant in the District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland and Pennsylvania.
