Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sr. Aerospace/Manufacturing Recruiter. Recruit and source for all aerospace related jobs. Responsible for seeking out, screening and interviewing candidates to fill existing Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing, Professional, Administration and IT related jobs. Search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases, internet recruiting sources, media, employment referrals, etc. Prepare recruitment advertising including web/internet advertising, job postings, job fairs, etc. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills. Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection. Arrange for interviews and prepare travel arrangements as necessary. Inform potential candidates about the facility, operations, benefits and job or career opportunities within the organization. Prepare and assist in coordinate all pre-employment activities including drug screens and background investigations. Evaluate pre-employment documentation to ensure compliance with company policy and procedure. Travel and represent the company at recruiting events and job fairs. In charge of all OFCCP regulations within the company and maintain daily audits on EEO requirements, attend several OFCCP seminars and apply material to company procedures. Responsible in training all In-House recruiters and show them the basics in recruiting, Software/System use and other recruiting responsibilities.
