About John Neal

With nearly 40 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am driven by a passion to accelerate clinical research and save and improve lives. As the Founder and Chairman of PCRS Network, LLC, I lead a network of high-quality, high-enrolling clinical research sites across the U.S. that conduct studies in a wide range of indications. I leverage my expertise in clinical research operational and financial management, as well as my vision and innovation, to create a uniquely effective and efficient model for site selection, performance, and monitoring.I also apply my skills and knowledge to support and advise other companies and organizations in the clinical research field, such as MedVector Clinical Trials, a platform that enables non-investigator physicians to offer clinical trials as a care option from their local practice, and Sieve Health, a B2B SaaS platform leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiencies for clinical research stakeholders. I have served on the Boards of several leading companies and organizations, such as the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), where I was the Chair of the Board of Trustees in 2020. I have been a frequent speaker at industry events, sharing my insights and best practices on clinical research management and innovation. I am a board member, advisor, C-level executive, entrepreneur, and innovator, and I am committed to advancing the clinical research industry and making a positive impact on global health.
