As a sales professional with over 25 years in the storage fixtures industry, I believe customer service is the most important aspect of the sales process. Customer service is not a department.it\'s an attitude.\" At Pipp we service two major markets and then have solutions for many smaller markets with our storage solutions. Primarily our solutions are designed for the Specialty Retail market, as well as the Horticulture market with Indoor Cultivation fixtures. For the retail market we provide back of house storage solutions to many of the nations top retail brands, providing a turn key service that starts with design all they way through installation. In the indoor cultivation space we utilize many of the same fixtures (although modified to handle the growing environment) to provide solutions for multi tier growing solutions for a variety of plant applications. In this market we also provide fixture design all they way through to installation. Other markets we supply our space saving storage fixtures to include Automotive, Healthcare, Hospitality and a variety of Material Handling applications. We continue to monitor feedback, to modify and enhance our product offerings in all markets.
