ABOUT JOHN MOSTOWICH

I am: • An innovative, efficient and experienced lawyer with diverse experience across many areas of practice. • Known for practicality and a level-headed approach to legal issues. • Specialized in providing full service to small and medium sized main street businesses and their owners. • A generalist familiar with both litigation and corporate solicitor practice, particularly in the areas of employment, commercial leasing and startup issues. • A trusted advisor. • Skilled at communicating with business owners and making legal issues understandable. • Comfortable working with a broad range of clients, including professionals, entrepreneurs, labour leaders, indigenous community leaders, bureaucrats and “regular folks”. I am also an author, under the pen-name JD Mosteau. The first book of the Footsteps of Generals series was published February, 2021 - Footsteps of Generals-A Travel Guide to the Battlefields of France. The second book, focusing on Belgium and the Netherlands, is in production and we hope to publish it by the end of 2022. I am also working on a historical novel and a few other travel guides. I also write for a Canadian legal publisher.
