About John Marion

John is a Senior Program Manager in Amazon.com\'s Buy with Prime program leading the Merchant Support organization. He has managed operations at Amazon for over 13 years and has led teams in large fulfillment centers, launched several Fresh and Prime Now sites, oversaw same day grocery and one-hour deliveries in the San Francisco Bay area and led operations in Amazon\'s Drone Delivery program, Prime Air. Prior to coming to Amazon, he served over seven years on Active Duty in the Army as a Captain in the Aviation branch. He oversaw Operations Centers and conducted missions over much of Iraq and Afghanistan. Accumulated nearly 1,500 total flight hours through three deployments with zero accidents. John is also an Amazon Bar Raiser with over 500 interviews.
