My career path has taken several unexpected turns over the years, but I\'ve always found creative ways to leverage my depth of experience into opportunities that I can grow and excel in. I spent years working in IT, recruiting, and non-profits all of which eventually led me into Human Resources Management and Business Partnering. This has given me the opportunity to blend my experience with relationship-building, employee advocacy, and communication to help companies grow their people strategies and create scalable, high-performing teams that love what they do and where they work.My areas of passion are talent management, performance, and acquisition as well as organizational efficiency and process improvement.
